We stayed in one of the cottages. Everything inside seemed brand new and was just pristine, and the decor was so attractive. The bed was comfortable; the towels were fluffy; the kitchen was well stocked. There were even live plants inside, and we had an incredible view through the living room window of marble cliffs that glowed in the early morning light. The fire pit outside added another dimension for sitting around in the evenings and watching the stars come out. The restaurant menu was a real surprise - who would expect to find a fabulous kale salad way out in the middle of the desert, not to mention all the other usual things and the bakery counter had lots of yummy pastries.

I was a travel agent for 16 years and I have traveled all over the world. This was the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in! The staff was very friendly and the room was well thought out and very cute in its decor. The souvenir store had some cute items that I could not resist. We dined at the restaurant and it was delicious! We were able to order several things we had never had and then a hamburger too and it was all amazing and our waitress was very friendly too. We are already planning our next stay here as it was amazing and there is so much to see and do in this area!!

Marble Canyon Lodge is located near the gorgeous Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Lee's Ferry, and the Navajo Bridge. I had a rental car, so I elected to drive the just over 2 hours to the south rim of the Grand Canyon during my stay. It was an easy drive. The area around the lodge itself is remote and, therefore, quiet. There is a restaurant and gas station/c-store on site for added convenience. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were both very easy. NOTE: Booking shows that these rooms have shared restrooms, which is not the case.

One of the only few options available within a short distance from Lee's Ferry (10-15 mins) Newly renovated, the property is excellent for stargazing as there is absolutely no light pollution around. Also historic Navajo Bridge is just 5 min away. Located on 89A it is almost same distance from both Page, AZ and Kanab UT (apron 45 min - 1 hour), just be mindful of a time zone change during summer months. Hotel doesn't have breakfast but there is a restaurant on site that opens at 6 am. Delish

I definitely liked the location of the accommodation. It is a short jump to Marble Canyon and also to other attractions such as Antelope Canyon. :) Of course, when you open the door in the morning and see the beauties of nature... but beauty! PS. Thank you for the willingness at the reception to register a canyon tour for us and for waiting for us even when we arrived after 10 pm.
